Due to the bespoke nature of our multidisciplinary design and manufacturing services, all sales and deposits are final once production or concept development has commenced. We work closely with our clients throughout the process to ensure complete satisfaction before final execution.
Consulting fees and course enrollments are non-refundable once the service has been rendered or the materials have been accessed by the client.
If a physical product arrives damaged or defective due to manufacturing errors, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will evaluate the issue and, at our absolute discretion, provide a repair, replacement, or appropriate credit.
Project cancellations must be made in writing. Any deposits paid prior to cancellation are non-refundable and serve to cover the initial consulting, scheduling, and conceptual work performed by our studio.
